  • Records all monies.
  • Liases with Secretary - events and expenses.
  • Chris Turvill elected to fill this position.

    Handicap Secretary
  • Keeps records of handicaps - updates after each event.
  • Scorecards on the day - fill in name and handicaps, final scores.
  • Chris Turvill elected to fill this position.

    Joining fee
  • Agreed as £20 with guests paying an extra £5 on the day.

    Season
  • Season from mid-March to mid-October.

    Monies
  • Open a Bunkers Golf Society account.

    Courses for 2001
  • Cranleigh, Downshire, Windelsham, Chiddingfold, Hurtmore, Coulsdon Manor. Reserves are Air Links and Bird's Hill.

    Letters for Paul
  • Colin referred to LWT letters and examples have now been followed.

    Prizes
  • To be sorted out through the committee.
  • Buy something from the pro-shop of club visited - etiquette. Should be invited back if this etiquette is shown.

    Dress code
  • Jacket, Shirt & Tie for dinner after game. No trainers.

    Decisions
  • Committee decides and makes any decisions. A suggestion of having personal golf shirts made. Will be looked into later in the season.
