The weekend away trip to East Sussex National to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the society on Captain's Day was a success. Nice clubhouse, nice rooms, nice looking bar, great food from breakfast and dinner. The major Sunday event had some thundery torrential rain interruptions but the west course itself was in good condition, the greens were tricky and fast.

As per tradition there was an overall winner who had the best aggregate score over the 2 singles competitions, which with a 3rd on Sunday and a win on Monday was easy to determine as Chris Turvill.
